- A.P.I’s are estate agents and valuers belonging to a professional college like architects and lawyers. Larger towns or cities such as
Alicante or
Valencia each have an A.P.I. college
- A.P.I estate agents are regulated, trained and are government approved. A.P.I’s are able to provide official valuations for the courts.
- A.P.I’s also have a regulatory body for any discrepancies related to property law
- A.P.I’s are compelled to subscribe to the professional liability insurance by the governing body C.O.A.P.I
